Return Policy

You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receiving it. However, this does not apply to the following Essentuary products:

• Peri Bottle
• Warm/Cold Breast Compresses
• Cooling/Warming Soothing Maternity Pads

We apply the legal exception as stated in Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code, as we must be able to guarantee the hygiene of these products for the safety of our consumers.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund including the original shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product – if reasonably possible – should be returned with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging to Essentuary. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@essentuary.nl. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your return request, provided the product has been received in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on the depreciation of the item to you. So please handle the products with care and ensure that they are properly packaged when returning.

Exchange Policy

Would you like to exchange your product? Please contact us at hello@essentuary.nl, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
The cost of returning the item is at your own expense.
Refer to the Essentuary return policy for details on which products are eligible for exchange.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible via hello@essentuary.nl. We will do our best to update the shipping address for you.
